- Chat with others in each space to coordinate and discuss arrangements
- Only the admin makes final decisions - they'll assign spaces based on claims and discussions
- Watch the colours: Green = Available, Orange = People have claimed it (you can still also throw in a claim), Red = Admin has assigned it
